Don is a featured business and industry speaker for organizations such as The International Foodservice Manufacturer’s Association, The Association of Sales and Marketing Companies, The Marriott Corporation, KFC, Gorman Publishing (Conference of New Products) and others. Don has mentored dozens of students in the areas of career coaching and personal branding and has matched and placed interns at various for-profit and non-profit organizations. Most recently he has worked on a new internship and pre-apprenticeship initiative for Santa Barbara City College’s School of Extended Learning. He was also an Adjunct Instructor in Marketing, Project Management and Professional Development at North Arkansas Community College and Sanford Brown College in Missouri. Originally from New York, Don received his Bachelor of Science degree from Towson University in Maryland, where he garnered honours as an all-star Division One lacrosse player. He served as a coach at the University of Maryland, Baltimore and is now the men’s lacrosse coach at San Marcos High School in Santa Barbara, California.
